Student club along with nominated faculty members organized an Awareness Programme on Water Conservation on the occasion of World Water Day 2021 and held in Ganga Conference Hall on 22nd March 2021.Students participated in the events of slogan writing, poster making and PPT presentation.
SMS Lucknow celebrated “Christmas Day” on 24th December 2021. On this day, the club organized various events such as cooking without fire, card making and Christmas tree decoration.The occasion was graced by Mr. Sharad Singh, CEO & Secretary, Dr. M. Mehrotra, Director, Dean-Management, CGM, GM, faculty & staff members The event was concluded by prize distribution and motivational words by Director Dr. M. Mehrotra.

Sciences, Lucknow celebrated the “Constitution Day (Samvidhan Divas)” commemorating
the adoption of the Constitution in India, on November 26th, 2021 at
the college premises.
On this occasion, as an important part of the
celebration, the honorable President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind read
the Preamble of the Indian Constitution. This was live telecasted and all the students,
faculty and staff members of the college participated in the live telecast and
read the Preamble along with the President..All students were informed to
participate in the online quiz being conducted by the government of India and a
link was shared on social media.The students participated in a quiz, related to
the rights given in the Constitution. 12 students were declared as the
winners of the event.
Vishwakarma Pooja is celebrated at School
of Management Sciences, Lucknow on 17th September every year as
a tribute to Lord Vishwakarma, who is
known to be a divine engineer. As a mark of reverence Lord Vishwakarma is
worshipped not only by the engineering and architectural community but also by
all professionals.
75th Independence Day was celebrated
with great enthusiasm at SMS Lucknow on 15th August,
2021.The Chief Guest, Mr. Sharad Singh, CEO, SMS Lucknow unfurled
the tricolor flag and all students, faculty and staff sang the National Anthem
in unison.Prof (Dr) M. Mehrotra, Director & Prof (Dr.) B.R. Singh, DG
Technical addressed the gathering and recalled the freedom struggle and addressed
the importance of freedom and democracy.Finally the programme was concluded with the
distribution of sweets to all the students, faculty and staff members of SMS
Lucknow.
An Inter College Techno Cultural fest INGENUITY 2021 was successfully organized under the aegis of “Techno-warriors” (student forum of CSE Department since 2017) . The event was graced by Chief Executive Officer Mr. Sharad Singh, Director SMS Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Mehrotra, Director General (Tech.) Prof. Bharat Raj Singh ,Associate director Dr. Dharmendra Singh and Dean management Dr. Suneel Gupta. In this event, students participated in various events like Quiz,Nukkad Natak,Debate,Singing and some sports events. The event ended with the felicitation of winners.
International Yoga Day was celebrated at SMS Lucknow on
Friday, 21stJune, 2021 under the aegis of Vedic Science Centre.The celebrations
were led by Prof (Dr.) B.R. Singh, Director General (Technical) andHead of the
Center for Vedic Science and also witnessed by Prof (Dr.) M. Mehrotra,Director,
SMS Lucknow, Dean, Coordinator (Management) along with faculty & staff members.Participants
demonstrated various asanas followed by Omkar chanting and Warm up exercises
were taken by all the participants performed sitting and standing asanas.
Student
club along with nominated faculty members celebrated World
Environment Day on 5thJune 2021
through zoom platform. It
happened because of the technology. More than 75 students
participated in an online Zoom Poster & Model Making
Competition. In this event DG Technical Prof. Dr. Bharat Raj Singh
enlightened the students on the importance of Environment Day and its ecosystem
restoration. The model Making and Poster Competitions were Judged by Director
SMS and Dean Academics. The event was concluded with a pledge pitch format
received from Municipal Corporation Lucknow to save the earth planet for a
better future.
